E. RADNAA

Teacher E. Radnaa graduated from the National University of Mo"ngolia in 1947 with a degree in physics teaching. In 1957, he first connected his life with vocational training by attending a course to train teachers to lead labor circles in schools at the Railway Technical School.

From the 1930s, Teacher E. Radnaa served as the principal of the First Secondary School in the capital city, and since 1947, he taught physics at the Teacher Training School. Between 1958 and 1963, he was the Deputy Director of the Teacher Training Institute. He studied for his doctorate at the Research Institute of General and Polytechnic Education at the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the RSFSR. In 1965, he defended his doctoral degree on the topic "Ways to Implement Polytechnic Education in Schools of the MPR."

From 1966 to 1972, he served as the Deputy Director of the State Pedagogical University of Mongolia (UBDS) and a teaching methods instructor in the Department of Technical Technology. From 1972 to 1983, he was the head of a sector at the Institute of Pedagogy. From 1983 to 1986, he was the head of the Department of Technical Technology and a teaching methods instructor at State Teacher Training School. From 1986 to 1997, he worked as a research fellow at the Institute of Pedagogy.

The principal of the First Secondary School, Ts. Gurragchaa, remarked that "The first Minister of Public Enlightenment of New Mongolia and a notable figure in social culture, Erdenebatkhaan's son, served as the principal of this school in 1930.

 

S. BATCHULUUN

Honored Teacher of Mongolia

Born in 1949 in Ulaanbaatar.

Graduated in 1977 from the State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Art and Labor Teaching.

Earned a Doctorate in Art Studies in 1996 with the dissertation “Characteristics of Aesthetic Abstract Thinking in Traditional Mongolian Painting Imagery.”

Awarded the title of Associate Professor in 1998.

2008 Participated in an international joint exhibition of artists in South Korea, and his artworks are part of collections in Russia, Japan, the USA, and South Korea.

 

TS. TSEVEEN

Since 1974, he has been teaching at the State Pedagogical Institute (UBDS), serving as the head of the Labor Department and Dean from 1976 to 1985, and from 1987 to 1996 as the Vice-Rector for Research and Education and then Rector of the National University of Mongolia (UBIS).

Professor Ts. Tseveen progressed through various roles from a mentor teacher to a vocational school teacher, then to a university teacher, department head, faculty dean, vice-rector, and rector. His career serves as an exemplary model of the merit principle, demonstrating competence and progressive advancement, and he is a leading scholar in the field of education.

In 1983, he earned the title of Associate Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences with the thesis "Content and Methods of Career Guidance for Secondary School Students," and in 1995, he earned a Doctorate in Pedagogical Sciences with the thesis "Social and Pedagogical Foundations of Vocational Education for Mongolian Students and Youth."

He is a productive scholar who has authored 2 single-theme works, 3 monographs, 18 textbooks and manuals, and 56 research and methodological articles, 12 of which were published abroad. His contributions have enriched the intellectual discourse in the field of education.

G. BATDORJ

Born in 1961 in Tariat Soum, Arkhangai Province.

Graduated from School No. 1 of Arkhangai Province in 1978.

Graduated with honors from the Higher Pedagogical School in Irkutsk, USSR in 1983.

1983: Teacher at the School of Fine Arts and Technology

1986-1992: Head of the Department of Technology

1999-2006: Director of the School of Fine Arts and Technology

1999: Earned a Doctorate in Educational Studies with the dissertation "Developing Teachers' Ability to Lead the Development of Students' Technical Thinking"

1999: Associate Professor at Mongolian State University of Education (MSUE)

1998-2011: Teacher at the School of Construction, Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST)

2006-2018: Teacher at the Department of Didactics, School of Fine Arts and Technology

2010-2013: Secretary of the Academic Council of MSUE

2005: Executive Director of the Mongolian Technology Education Association
