Administration

The administration and program office staff include Director Dr. (Ph.D) S. Battsooj, Director's Assistant B. Enkhjargal, Accountant D. Gantumur, Treasurer and Organizer N. Ganzaya, and Gallery Staff E. Ulemjtugs, who are responsible for management and organization. The head of the Program Office is Master J. Narmandakh, with specialists D. Uranbileg and Master S. Urdynbish, and training dispatchers P. Altantsetseg and A. Sundui.

The Program Office is primarily responsible for calculating, determining, and evaluating the workload of teachers, organizing and supporting student learning activities, and monitoring and evaluating the implementation of training programs. Additionally, it is involved in entering and reviewing teacher and student information in the electronic system, advising, and supporting their development. It also improves the learning and working environment for teachers and students, maintains classrooms, studios, galleries, and laboratories, ensures the availability of equipment and materials, adheres to safety regulations, and resolves all related communication issues.

The school also runs a student art gallery to promote and disseminate student artworks, exchange experiences with other professional schools, and foster collaboration.
